Well Bryan, I hate to say that you are wrong, but I have looked at it before. Both in-game and searching through the YELLAREx.BWD files with my hex editor. There is nothing in the AREx files that indicate an additional structure of any kind as a tertiary objective. And I am convinced that this goes for the other missions where the tertiary objectives are mysteryously not there.

It seems my memory is just wrong. Pity.

I wasn't trying to mislead anyone, or waste their time, at any rate.

It wasn't a waste of my time; at the moment I was incredibly bored. I failed the mission twice because of fleeing from combat... I had an unarmed 'mech anyway.
