Yes, Jay Cotton emailed me and let me know its back up. He had some problems with the server.
I got kali dos working again (had to put the correct tracker IP in) now off to get some people to play mw2 and mw2:mercs using kali dos.
Got my entire DOS machine working again, including the Thrustmaster FLCS-16, TQS, and RCS so I'm a happy camper. Its so much better than playing it under XP, the controls work great, and the game plays great.
