Where are the game saves?

Does anyone know where/what file(s) is responsible for profiles? I'm confident the MEK folder has all created mech varients. I'm guessing that the drw[XX]PLR.mek files are for profiles, but that doesn't seem right since drw could stand for Dire Wolf. I'd test this myself but I won't have access to my disk for some time.

31stcc+GBL: MW2Reg.cfg, I think
Mercs: mersave*.sav

The ****PLR.MEK files are saved from other players mech varients after netmech.

I will confirm with Skyfaller; MW2REG.CFG (31stCC and GBL) and MERSAVE**.SAV (Mercs) are the save profiles.

Alrighty, thanks for the clarification on the PLR.mek files. Pretty obvious that the MW2Reg.cfg is it once you look inside...yet I couldn't find it; I knew it was going to be like that.
