Mech Lab Help with a Bug or Problem

Hello everyone enjoying Mechwarrior 2 3dfx version on my xp laptop thanks to dgvoodoo and MW2hook well almost enjoying the game
i have a problem with mech lab any time i try to customize a mech no matter how mininal the customization is the game will not let me
use that configuration for the mission and if i switch to another config or chasis and then switch back the game deletes it don't understand it
heres a screen shot it says Maximum Tonnage the Mission maximum is 65 the Maddog is 60 i dont get it someone please help me :D

The only way I know to solve the Keshik overweight bug would be to use MechVM's Mech Lab with the 3DFX simulation. If you are interested, you can test if you can invoke the 3DFX simulation via console, using something like
mw2win pinkscn1
If that launches Jade Falcon Mission 1 directly, then MechVM's Shell and Mech Lab can be used with the 3DFX version.

other than using MechVM isn't there any other way round the overweight bug?

Whats wrong with MechVM? It is the only install method with support behind it.

Well, you could use Slug's patch for the Mech2 95 vanilla version.
Otherwise a combination of both kontza's and slugs method should fix it...
