I'm Rapidfire. I don't remember the year I got into Mechwarrior, but I was like 7 or 8.(or somthing) I found MW2 in a desk my mom salvaged from the curb for me. Loved battletech eversence.
'Mech of Choice: Timber Wolf, Vulture, or Summoner. I don't like IS 'mechs as much. I feel dumb using the Timber Wolf, because I always remove all the missles and replace them with AC10's and such.
Favorite Clan: Clan Wolf

Ive always been SC-.Venom

Shadow Clan

I wish someone still had one of my mechs. Venom's Madness was one of em. My old floppy with MLM and .mek folder had lost its data.

I played Mechwarrior 2 WAYYY back in the day. In light of this, I just read my first BattleTech novel (which was rather terrible) it still brought back very fond memories of playing Mechwarrior 2, so much in fact, that I quickly went searching on google to find out how in the world I could experience the early joys of my childhood and yet again pilot the dreaded "Dire Wolf."

SO!!!! Alas here I am, humbly submitting myself to these forums in the chance that, after reading the various guides, readme's, and how-to's, I might have a glimmer of hope in "flushing coolant" yet again.

P.S. This is also probably the 3rd forum I have ever actually registered AND posted in, mainly because I am shy. So if further information is needed that should be given beforehand or is expected, the only reason I have not done so is because of my naivety!
