Thats no fun, I just got done installing this sites version of netmech and it was a blast from the past when i first loaded it. Sadly noone is playing right now but ill be watching out for games being played

Spider in order to find a game you must come on IRC. Netmech almost never has games unless it is setup in IRC chat.
IRC is included in the netmech package.

hi i am compleatly new to mechwarrior series
i managed to aquire a mechwarrior 2 and a mechwarrior 2 mercenaries
i have yet to get them running but hey thats why im here
so if anyone would give me a few pointers that would be nice

tried the MECHVM was not able to get the game to start

I see a few names i remember. I was late to the party that was MW2 but stayed till the lonely end of mplayer .Only clan i was ever in was SD first as "Cuban-B" then Rozinski. good times

Found your YouTube video on how to get MW2 dos editiion working on XP and had such an eassy transition from it that I'm not even scared of DosBox anymore.
I used to do some modding work for another forum - sorta too busy to do that now (but not too busy to play Mech2
) but I'm impressed with the level of modding happening here...keep up the good work!
Might try them out after playing through the game here...
