More variants have been made to work.

A guy on Vogons made some compatibility patches that get it working - and in high res using DGVooodoo.
I wrote an installer that grabs the files from the CD, and bundles the compatibility/high res addons, and creates a desktop shortcut.
It makes it all dead simple and since it's a powershell script ...

I've tried 21c, gbl, mercs, titanium mercs.
No dice.
