Mercenaries critical error message

So I got MW2:M to install properly, the game runs fine initally but whenever I try to launch a mission I get an error message like this: MW2.EXE - fatal error #53: SYSERR_CDNOTFOUND: CD-ROM not mounted

I tried using slugs hook but it didn't work.

I'm running windows XP SP3, and I don't know what ...
