Are you using a resolution changer by chance? If you are then change the resolution to something else that your monitor supports.

Try the resolution changer that kontza had made for mercs and it might work I am not sure.
File is in the zip on the page.

It was on the bottom of the page.
Exe is called mechprep.exe

I will note though I am not sure it will work with titanium.... so i would try it but I have no real idea whether it will work...

I need more information:
  • What graphics hardware do you use?
  • What is your graphics driver version?
  • If you use Titanium graphics instead of battlepack, does that work?
  • If you use MechVM shell, does that work?
  • Can you take a screenshot?
You could also try running the game in VMWare.

Try task-switching between the game and some other application.
