1. OS & Service Pack.
2. Version of Mercenaries that is being used.
3. If you are using 95 Mercs, please provide what method you are using to run it? (ie. Kontza's or Slugs Hook)
4a. If you are using DOS have you read the install guide?
4b. If you are using 95 have you watched the 95 install video?
5. What were the steps that you did after the initial installation? (if applicable)

mechvm troubles
having trouble getting game to work. i installed mechvm with no problems and installed mw2 mw2 gbl and mw2 mercs with no prob but when click play game and select game it flashes black then back to previous screen and i get a process ended with code -1073741819.. i have mw2 titanium trilogy winxp sp 3 pent dual core e6600 @3.06 ghz 3.5 gb ram amd radeon hd 6700 graphics

I have checked your install report. It does not significantly differ from mine, but my install works. Sorry, still no idea why it does not work for you. I have tried under WinXP and Win7, and both (mostly) work for me. If you can't get it to work, you may have to use either MechVM shell or a virtual machine like VMWare player.
