Regarding the ice cream, I hear that there's this "scientific study" that "proves what causes addiction to foods such as ice cream".

...complete bull, I know, but they're doing everything they can to make it "not our fault"

Ah yes, The "Icecream headaches". Never will forget.

This year it was sugar buzzes from soda/junk food and thumb-cramps from xbox!

Wierd though... I don't feel 17. But it'll probably catch up with me when I have to start doing better at physical training
