Chief the English Mastiff
Re: Chief the English Mastiff
He loved standing up there looking over the fence at the neighbor, he seemed sad when the neighbor moved

wow that picture really gives a sense of scale, he's even bigger than I thought. Strangely, he doesn't look very mean.
We have this dog, a little white mut, we think he's part chow, part Saint Bernard... a weird mix. About 50 pounds, currly tail, tan stripe along the back, and his bark sounds like he's a 150lb dog! He's only mean at people we don't like and his name is Tobis. I need to find a pix of him sometime.

Ours is by no means a toy dog. We have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier - 6 months old and about 14kg last we checked, but even when she's bulked up to her full adult size she'll be dwarfed by those mastiffsSkyfaller wrote:Considering what other people count as a dog, at least these dogs don't have to be afraid of the rats running around in our city ... those things are big!

he's actually very sweet, he was only in one fight his whole life, a big ass pitbull attacked him in petsmart once, that pit bit him up and down before he decided to even do anything, unfortunately he bit the pit on the head and killed him, but who in the hell leads their pitbull around petsmart on a leash ment for a yorky

I concur with Pepsi's comment.
Tobis was in many fights before. Most of the time over raw meat or leftovers in garbage. Got banged up pretty bad, but fortunetly was always the one to live.Pepsi-Wolf wrote: damn!
