I'll list my favorite clans while i am at it
  • Wolf -- A lot of history, one of the most documented
  • Blood Spirits -- Isolationists, and believed most (if not all) clans have lost Kerensky's vision. I myself, am an isolationist in real life
  • Ghost Bears -- Big Powerful, Warden Clan. Great Fighters. Their "oversight" of a Not Named Clan Unit escaping the wrath of Wolf is a turn down.

Yeah, I was reading up a bit more on Blood spirit. Noticed it fit my actual personality a bit more.

Still, I'ma stick with Steel Viper. And thanks for that banner/image. I'll use it.

There are times they will abandon honor to benifit themselves.

Such as when the Jade Falcon saKhan was in a circle of equals with ilKhan Ulric Kerensky. The saKhan ordered his techs to mount missle pods in the surrounding buildings, and fire on Ulric before the duel started.
Maybe this is a good example of where good & evil are not so obvious. From a certain point of view, the Crusaders are right that the inner sphere is barbaric. Disorganized, leading pointless wars that brought it close to a stone age. ComStar, a fanatical cult that keeps technology away from people. The later schism of ComStar, which ultimately lead to a very brutal war with the Word of Blake, further throw a bad light on the inner sphere. The Crusaders saw all of these wrongs and wanted to bring stability back to the inner sphere, retake their place as a military/police force in the inner sphere. Their unknowning belief in their own righteousness has been called innocent earlier, though not by me.

However, Wolf Clan conspired with the inner sphere from the beginning. Unable to prove his connections to the inner sphere, the Crusader faction accused Ulric Kerensky of high treason. I will not judge Ulric's actions as wrong or right, but Ulric is nonetheless a traitor to the Clan way, for conspiring with the inner sphere. So, from the Falcon's view, he got what he deserved. Even more so after throwing part of his Clan against the Falcons, while the other half would seek refuge in the inner sphere.

When I heard the introduction to Wolf Clan in MW2, I found them arrogant, believing in their higher enlightenment and the right to betray their own. My parents chose a totem for me: my name is Björn, meaning I am a bear, and I guess my Clan choice would be Clan Ghost Bear.

Oh, the bickering, the bickering!

Without a doubt Clan Wolf. The primary reason is the astonishing ability among some of its members to modify their political beliefs when met with previously unknown facts.

I started reading up on Clan Snow Raven last night. I'm thinking maybe that should be my clan. Even though they're mostly comprised of Naval and Aero combat, they are very crafty politically (which I like), and for years my callsign was "Crow", which happens to be a mechwarrior bloodname.

*sigh* I don't want to change everything around and be so fickle about everything, but...I should...
