Cleaning Up

We have been swamped by spam again, I am joining Mad in trying to clean this stuff up. Sorry been kinda of inactive lately and I didn't realize how much had built up.

Yeah... I had to disable account activation through email just to prevent the spam. Still there are about 20 spambot account registerations every day.

Something I had to do was block all IP-ranges from Ukraine and Russia, that seemed to take out the spam problems on my forums.
- Code to add to .htaccess
Add the following code to the "./forum/" directory to the site to block all IP blocks from the spam-zone, AKA Russia and Ukraine.
