Cannot find targets of opportunity on pyre light, rust heart, or scorched sand

Hey guys! I was wondering were the heck are the targets of opportunity are for Pyre light were you are destroying that chemical plant and inspecting that firebase, Rust heart which is the mission were you are escorting that convoy in that Crystal field, and that mission called scorched sand, were you are in that mesa Arizona DESERT trying to find and capture that command vehicle. So if they exist were are they!!!??? Please reply anyone!
