Problems with Anet Chat program included in Netmech Titanium

My apologies guys.
The Chat program included with the Netmech Titanium installer from my project site is causing serious problems with clients, because it is consistantly spamming ip adresses with ICMP packets, which means you wont be able to get onto the lobby.
For the time being, I am going to provide a download to a Dosbox Netmech package which will run on the currently reliable Dosbox dedicated server.
