Dosbox IPX Server Change

Post by Sir MMPD Radick »

Hey all,

The server has been changed to a dedicated virtual host, it should be pretty stable.
Please let us know whether the server is stable or any problems you may encounter.

Thanks again Myg for hosting it as long as you have!

btw, if everyone could post their average ping to mech2.org it would be helpful in guaging whether everything is ok.

87 ms here.

yeah,,netwise Richmond, VA is a big capitol and we are pretty close to washington, so the net is usually pretty quick.

now the fastest i have seen comming down here is 800k on out comcast cable....not the fastest...but it is very consistent and the uptime is well over 99.9%
