Quick note; I have tried modding the RMG folder now, I have replaced the "RANxSCNx" BWDs with SCN1 files from the campaign. And it appears to be successful. Of course, I won't be making a mod like that by putting campaign missions for randoms. I will simply be enhancing the random missions with better terrain, different enemy stars (perhaps maybe friendlies too), and adding weather. It will just take time to replace those few dozen files.
