MechVM Fatal Error 41

[Abandoned Witch XIV]

So I've installed MW2 Titanium on MechVM complete from the ground up and when I started the game I got an error.
The error reads: "MW2 BATTLE.EXE fatal error #41 Plan\Mech2VM.BWD ID -1".
I hope some has solution to fix this error so I can play MW2 Titanium from start to finish.
