Install from CD Image not working

I have everything setup to go, but when I go to import from the CD Image on the MechVM interface, I get the hourglass icon for about a second, and then nothing. It doesn't open up a file browser or anything.

Installing from a CD image is supported for the DOS editions of MW2. If your CD imager creates several files, just feed the largest file to MechVM. After installation, the line below the buttons says "installation complete". If the image file is not supported, this will be reported in the same line.
