Current state of MechVM

Hi all.

I am working on an update on MechVM. I do not know how to fix the non-DOS editions of MW2 on Windows 8 and 10, and I do not intend to work on fixing those. I am merely trying to address issues in the code of MechVM. If you are aware of bugs or want patches integrated into MechVM, please let me know. I currently do not have a lot of time on my hands but I will do what I can.

For now, I suppose the best way of running the Windows editions of MW2 is Windows 7 or an emulator like VMWare or VirtualBox.

Hi, just curious, my install of MechVM has no install-report.txt file. Should it?

install-report.txt is created by MechVM when installing games via MechVM in that game's directory. If the game works, you don't need install-report.txt.
