He,he... sorry, no clue. :P
Though I can say I think that the "FE FF 05" code came from either a mesa or a mountain, which you can walk about, above, atop, and all around. Just like it was a piece of the earth.

But I would just copy and paste the codes.
Like say you have a mountain that uses... say... that normal Allpoly "wrap-up" collision style, and you wanted a mesa you just made to have the same "wrap-up" behavior, just copy and paste that code from the mountain to the mesa.
But that's just what I'd do, I work best by reverse-enginering :)
