Sim/shell communication question
How does mw2.exe communicate mission results like sucess, kills, and secondary objectives back to the shell? What about salvage in Titanium? How would I find out if no one knows?

Re: Sim/shell communication question
I do not think I may be fully understanding your question here.
But...
For kills and what not I thought that was always logged in your saved game files. As far as salvage it is kind of a random drop thing, it is based loosely on a set percentage range from what I can tell. I had taken the time to go through and knock out nothing but the cock-pits in missions hoping to score a chassis and have gotten random results (not always getting the same salvage when re-playing the missions).
If you dig through the forums, there are actually some interesting notes on how to do some back-end editing on mission objectives and what not. Some notable topics can be found under the "Modding & Map Development" as well as the "Dev's Sections" in this forum.
