Hi all,
It's been a while, but I'm glad to see this site is still up. The sister sites, mektek.net and mech3.org, are gone ...
Sorry I've been gone for so long, but I had other things to deal with. Not sure I want to dig into MechVM bugs right now, but if you know of some, please let me know.
Right now, the thing that interests me most is piecing together the various pieces that make up the levels, see attached screenshot. Obviously, the mountains are not where they should be, some things are missing, and destroyed things are mixed in. I hope at least the HPG uplink from the first Falcon mission is somewhat recognizable. I assigned random colors for now.
With kind regards
Skyfaller

belated response, but good to hear from you Skyfaller!
James 3:5-10: My Reminder
And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

Thanks MMPD.
Level import makes progress. Obviously, the levels still need a lot of work, like proper colors, and the imports still need a lot of manual editing, but at least it works for some levels.
I also found a library that will will playback the SMK videos, so I was finally able to integrate support for that in MechVM shell.
