Re: How to make custom mercnet missions

Not to raise the dead here, but what ever happened to that CAD program you could edit/build missions with? I remember stumbling across it years ago and playing around with it a little bit.

Re: Another controls and mapping question thread, sorry

Not sure where you found the "eyepoint delta" stuff at, if you found it in the game files it might have been for controlling your eye point with the VR Helmet. This is what I know of for controlling your eye point: pilot_tilt (up and down eye point for axis only) pilot_tilt_plus (tilt eye ...

Re: other Mecha-themed games?

Well we dare not speak the name of the company who shall be known as “The-Not-Named-Company”, you have some RoboTech games on the consoles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robotech#Video_games). And don't forget the Heavy Gear and Heavy Gear II games. It also looks like they are trying to get donations...

Re: Logitech G15

think I will wait till the next version... cause USB3 is coming eventually. USB 3.0 offers little advantages for keyboards, mice, and game controllers. Actually if you look at the specifications it can be a crippling disadvantage when it comes to data propagation in cable length. USB 1.0/2.0 specs ...

Re: What is in your BattleTech collection?

Re: Battletech FASA board game

I am a collector of the table-top games, but since I am in small-town Iowa not to many people play board games at all, so I just have boxed sets and lots of books but never got into the minatures all that much. I did try to start a project on one of my sites (mechforce.us) where I modified a dating ...

DosBox Users: Batch Menu/Launcher

I have created a nice little BATCH file for use with DosBox and MW2, it allows you to load/switch game discs and load up the games. So all you will have to do is copy this code over to notepad and save it as a *.BAT file (like MENU.BAT). You will also want to look into setting up DosBox to by standa...

Re: Jeehun Hwang

Interesting. It is surprising to see the composer is still around doing music/soundtracks, however the MW2 soundtrack was (and still is) one of the more epic soundtracks for videogames.
