Titanium requires the CD in the CD-ROM drive with the lowest drive letter. MechVM installs games in the games subfolder, and you should be able to play the games using the "Play Game" button.

For running BattlePack, currently the best solution is probably VMWare Player. Virtual PC may not offer sufficient performance. If this is laptop, you might want to check energy settings, and make sure the machine is plugged to the power grid, not running on battery.

Missions finishing immediately usually occur when MW2 has problems accessing the CD. Start by checking whether the CD image is inaccessible or the CD is not inserted in the drive. If you keep having problems, please post the install-report.txt file from the directory where the game is installed.
