Okay, I want to construct my own mechs but I have no idea where to begin. So, for now I want to create a Warhammer with Timberwolf arms. Where do I start? :D

Re: BWD file tags

Hm. These files labels seem a little like the ones I'm getting. I extract them using MechVM using right-click->Export as XML and these are the results (in the download link). Are these normal? It seems like I'm exporting half a file. :? Please note that this is just one that I picked at random then ...

Re: There must be an instructional booklet somewhere...

Excellent! I have what's needed to construct my own maps and what not! Now I just need to figure out where to start editing. I might start by changing some songs around and getting the startup voice wrong (It's not Zotomere! It's Sudenten noob!) Might continue on to other more influentual means, the...

Re: There must be an instructional booklet somewhere...

You would still have to understand the BWD format for creating levels, enemies and defining mission goals. Oh yeah, I remember opening one of those in a .txt file. I got nothing of value from these in this format. Further useful posts: http://www.mech2.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=604 Noob alert,...
