Re: Games like MechWarrior mercenaries 2 AND 4
There was the old trailer for the mechwarrior reboot, and I wasn't talking about that (there was no reason why I would be talking about that). There was a more recent one done in CryEngine 3, which will be used for MWO.

Re: Run mercenaries on Vista with no DosBox?
When you try to run the DOS version in DOSBox, does it say that the cycles are at "max"? If not you should use ctrl+F12 to increase cycles until it either runs smoothly (read: playable - if it is too smooth you might run into *other* problems) or says "max". After this you should...

Re: Issues using MechVM in Windows XP Mode run in VMLite
Sorry for late reply, I have been somewhat busy lately. Classes are rough. While I can definitely display at 1024x768 outside of VMLite, I highly prefer to be able to make a smaller window so that I can more easily multitask. I run on a laptop with a max resolution of 1366x768. In VMLite, I usually ...

Re: Issues using MechVM in Windows XP Mode run in VMLite

All it seems to be able to do is open the BWDs and let you look at some of the data for th...

Issues using MechVM in Windows XP Mode run in VMLite
I decided to try using VMLite to run Windows XP mode because I generally find it more suitable to my uses to run WinXP mode in VM Lite. I am using this so that I can run 16 bit programs because my actual OS is Windows 7 x64. This will not run 16 bit programs. Specifically, I'm trying to mess around ...

Re: Hello, my name is Nightbanshee.
And yet it still seems to perform much better than a lot of internet games to come after it.
Greetings, nightbanshee! I've been looking into either computer science or software engineering myself (sophomore in university here). How is it?

Re: Tech info idea
Well a bunch of teenagers with nothing better to do made a wiki on one of the forums I go to, surely there would be someone here who'd be willing to do it for this site.. maybe not.
I wouldn't be.
That same aforementioned forum also wound up with a self-made TV Tropes page so...
